This project transforms a single-family house into four housing units for independent elderly residents. The intervention enhances the existing structure while adapting it to contemporary needs. A discreet extension completes the building without disrupting the urban balance or the character of the site. The front facade is preserved; the remaining envelope is redesigned to improve comfort, aesthetics, and performance. At the rear, the surroundings are entirely relandscaped to create a green, welcoming environment conducive torelaxation and social life. Situated near a socio-cultural center, the project fosters local integration and community living.
