Eight introduces a bagel-focused concept to Brussels, with bagels handmade on site every day. The interior pairs a wood-inspired design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, suited to both a quick stop and a relaxed break. Along, detached counter creates a continuous flow from entrance to ordering and collection, while the spacious, light-filled entrance sets the tone from the first step inside. Curtains and branding elements steer the space toward asubtly bistro-inspired character.
