Cascade Gardens is a proposed residential complex situated in the hillside Verin Antarayin district of Yerevan. The concept is grounded in a deep respect for the site’s topography and panoramic potential, and focuses on integrating landscape, movement, and social diversity within the built environment.
Functions are distributed according to the natural slope of the land, allowing green spaces to be interwoven between buildings and across the site. A north-south pedestrian link connects the entire complex, encouraging residents to move through and engage with the landscaped environment. The development features a wide range of apartment sizes and typologies, designed to meet the needs of a diverse community and to foster a socially integrated neighbourhood.
Every unit is oriented to offer uninterrupted views of Yerevan and Mount Ararat.Environmental sustainability is central to the project’s vision: careful consideration has been given to minimising the carbon footprint, and large green areas are planned to enhance both livability and climate responsiveness. Cascade Gardens aims to become a model for urban hillside living—balanced between nature, city, and community.
