Bouche is a specialty coffee shop in the heart of uptown Brussels, dedicated to exceptional and rare coffees.Alongside the main counter, a second station invites customers to discover and discuss grand cru coffees.
The space is defined by soft terracotta tones, archways, and organically shaped lighting that flows between rooms, evoking calm and continuity. Stoneleaf flooring, warm woods, and earthy textures are paired with vegetation and natural light to create a grounded, welcoming atmosphere. The layout emerges from the geometry of the space itself, integrating furniture, light, and greenery. The warmth is as much human as architectural, shaped by the passion of the team behind the counter.
