Located at the corner of Chaussée de Jette and Avenue Léopold I, the project reactivates the building's commercial frontage while strengthening its residential programme. The ground floor is reorganised through the creation of new retail and horeca units, accompanied by a façade redesign that restores a coherent architectural expression. By reintroducing active ground-floor uses along two busy urban axes, the project reconnects the building with its immediate public realm, fostering street-level vitality and reinforcing the social fabric of the neighbourhood.
On the upper floors, former office spaces are converted into family dwellings, each benefiting from private terraces and landscaped outdoor areas. Together, these interventions contribute to the revitalisation of the neighbourhood while restoring the building's original architectural identity
